                            Online tender (https://etenders.gov.in/) on CPP portal,  is invited under Two Bid system (Part-I: Technical Bid and Part-II: Price Bid) to provide taxi service on day to day basis from registered travel agency who has successfully carried out at least one similar nature of contract of 80% of estimated cost or two contracts each 60% of estimated cost or three contracts each 40% of estimated cost in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/Central Autonomous bodies and/or for CSIR or its Laboratories/Institutes and successfully carried out services of providing day-to- day Car hiring service (Commercially Licensed Vehicle) during the last 5 years to any Govt./Semi Govt./Central/State autonomous bodies, PSU, CSIR or its sister laboratories, or to any big corporate bodies. The tenderers are required to submit proof of fulfilling all the conditions along with copies of PAN, GST no. and valid trade license.

Tender through GeM (Government e-Market Place) under two-bid system is invited by the Director, CSIR-NML, Jamshedpur for the work of “ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF MANPOWER UNDER VARIOUS PROJECTS RELATED WORK AT CSIR-NML, JAMSHEDPUR” from Experienced and Registered Contractors holding valid Labour license under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 as per the details below :

Name of work : ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF MANPOWERUNDER VARIOUS PROJECTS RELATED WORK AT CSIR-NML, JAMSHEDPUR.

E-TENDER (THROUGH GEM)

E-tender (through GeM) under two-bid system from experienced and registered, Security agencies/Contractors, for providing security services at CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (CSIR-NML), Jamshedpur and its other premises including erstwhile MCRS at Digha (W.B.) for a period of one year is invited. The contract is worth about Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores fifty lakh Only) annually.

The Bidder has to submit their bid/s through GeM portal only. Bids received throug any other mode will not be accepted.

E-tender (through GeM) under two-bid system from experienced and registered Contractors is invited for supply of manpower outsourcing service on minimum wage for various projects related work at  CSIR-NML, Jamshedpur  for the period of one year (extendable for a further period of one year). The contract is worth about Rs.4,00,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Only) annually.

Registered Contractors holding valid licence under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition), Act 1970, registered with GST, ESIC and EPF authorities, having successfully carried out at least one work (50%) of similar nature amounting to Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore only) or above or two works (40%) amounting to Rs. 1,60,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Sixty Lakhs only) or above each or three contracts (30%) each amounting to Rs. 1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Lakhs only) or above in single contract in a year during the last five years in National Laboratories/Institutes of CSIR / Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings, reputed Public Limited Companies/ Private Limited Companies (top 500 in India) are eligible to apply. The Bidder should upload the registered document of his/her firm in GeM portal.  Tender not accompanied by Bid Security Declaration shall be rejected. Tenders submitted by FAX/e-Mail will not be entertained. Director, CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders received or accept any or all the tenders wholly or partially, without assigning any reason thereof.
